ABOUT
From 1969-1974, nobody had more Top 10 hits, pushed more records, or sold more concert tickets than American rock band, Three Dog Night. During this time, Night was truly the most popular band in the U.S. Singers Chuck Negron, Danny Hutton and Cory Wells led their group into the Top 20 no less than 14 times since their 1968 debut. By ’74, the group boasted 21 consecutive Top 40 hits, 12 straight gold LPs, and sold nearly 50 million records to their mass of fans. Three Dog Night – Greatest Hits Live features never-before-released live performances from 1972 and ’73. The collection boasts Night’s ambitious world tour that took them from North America to Europe, Japan and Australia. By the time they took this international jaunt, the band had already found success by racking up such hits as One, Easy To Be Hard, Celebrate, Mama Told Me (Not To Come), and Joy To The World.
